With over 7 years experience doing and coaching CrossFit, we decided to follow our passion for strength and fitness and open up CrossFit Hout Bay to spread the word to this lovely village, nestled in the heart of the Western Cape, beautiful views go hand in hand with breaktaking workouts, here we train and play hard.

Here at CrossFit Hout Bay, we run a family operated business, we are passionate about movement and technique and strive to lead by example, we practice the words we preach day in and day out.
All new members will be required to attend our fundamental movements class which will take place on the 1st Saturday and Monday of the month , here we teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit, the lingo, we chat about nutrition, your goals and each day we end off with a Workout Of the Day. Completion of Foundations is required before attending CrossFit classes.
Here we get a chance to evaluate each athlete's ability in a small and personal setting, small classes ensure that 100% attention is given to each and every person, it is also a chance for us to make sure everyone understands how to keep safe while having fun. We are not a CrossFit box that is just going to throw you into the deep end and expect you to swim, we are passionate about movement and technique and take each class and every persons best interests very seriously.
Our prices are higher than a traditional gym – but the competence of our coaches, the personalized training you receive each visit, and the speed you will get your results is unmatched. THIS is why CrossFit has been successful all over the World – World markets would otherwise not support a fitness regimen which charges more. Each class is programmed as a personal training session in a small group format. Our small group size insures that you get personal attention from coaches as well as group motivation.
